Ears can be shaped by dampening them with water, shaping then leaving to dry. You can repeat this process many times, so no need to worry if they get flattened in a suitcase, just spend a little time in front of a mirror to reshape them and they will look as good as new.
very secure fit, please buckle it where your hair starts on the back of the neck (the base of your back of your head) we can add a chin strap if you would like one for a small additional charge.

Production
Most Items take 2-3 days to make, for more complex items such as head harness, Hand stitched or Neon collars I'll need about a week. If you have ordered a custom piece, i'll keep in touch with you about your items progress. You can log in to your account any time and see the status of your order, which i'll update frequently.
Shipping
UK shipping is Via Royal Mail, Either First or Second Class. Higher value items may be sent tracked.
International Shipping Is also Via Royal Mail Tracked, delivery is usually about 5-7 days but it can take up to a month if your item is held in customs for checks. This is generally rare though it can be slower at peak times like xmas.
Customs Fees - Depending on your country you may be charged local tax or customs fees when the parcel arrives in your country, we are not responsible for any fees charged.
Lost Parcels - Genuinely lost parcels are very rare, but in the instance of missing items where the tracking has not updated we will always replace your order. If your item has been shown to be delivered via the tracking, but you think it may have been stolen, we cannot replace items so please make sure that your letter box or parcel box is secure.
Packaging
Packaging is always plain and discrete. We use either white mailing boxes or Foil Bubble Mailers. On any customs form your item will be described as a 'Fashion Accessory'. We may sneak a few cute animal stickers on the parcel but let me know if you'd rather not have these.
Returns & Cancellations
Please cancel any items within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage fees. Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
